English, 19th century. A Regency secretary bookcase in mahogany, including poplar and yellow pine, having a decorative molded cornice, above two glass doors with shaped mullions and line inlay, opening to an adjustable three-shelf interior, the lower case with line inlay, having pull out writing surface, and fitted interior consisting of seven drawers and ten pigeon holes, above three graduated, dovetailed and cockbeaded drawers with brass lion head pulls, all rising on bracket feet; ht. 91, wd. 47, dp. 24.25 in.
Item is in good condition. Small break to glass door. Age splits and minor aged surface wear.Condition
