English, early 19th century. A group of transfer-decorated creamware including a creamer and jug of Masonic interest, and a monogrammed jug decorated on one side with an armorial, inscribed The Baker's Arms / Praise God For All, the other side with a painted depiction of the American ship General Mercer; largest ht. 9.5 in.
Provenance: Property from the Descendants of Bertha Benkard Rose, Oyster Bay, NY and Tucson, AZMasonic jug with multiple repairs, chipped spout and base. Hairline cracks to other jug.Condition
