Regarded as the first presidential family portrait, and initially painted during Washington's lifetime, the Savage engraving is among the best known images of the 1st President.Condition
Some light toning, foxing, and staining. Margins likely trimmed. Some small losses and tears along the edges, mostly at the bottom. Some small surface losses and scratches. Print is attached to a piece of cardboard at the top, center margin with an old piece of tape.
