- Lot Description
.22LR, 4.5" barrel, S/N 170131-S (mfg. ca 1956). Blued finish, checkered thumbrest plastic grips with rampant Colt logo on obverse. Adjustable rear sight, pinned blade ramped front sight. Includes a single COLT CAL 22 marked magazine and it contained in the original Colt wood grain pasteboard box with a yellow Colt end label that correctly identifies the gun as a Woodsman Sport Model with 4.5" barrel finished in Colt Blue. Original Colt documents, cleaning brush and multi-screwdriver are contained in the box as well.
**Requires C&R or FFLVery fine, possibly unfired since purchased. Retains nearly all of the finish, with only some light handling marks on the grips. Mechanically functional, fine bore. Box with wear and loss, but basically solid. Documents about good, accessories very good.Condition
