- Lot Description
.44-40 caliber, 4.75” barrel, S/N 30115 (ca 1892). Blue finish, checkered hard rubber grips, lanyard ring present.
Condition
This gun is in overall good condition showing a dark patina on metal surfaces. Good markings including the roll dye “COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER” on the left side of the barrel, good action, fair bore and fair grips showing wear. Some discoloration and old losses to the lower back areas of both grips by the backstrap grip pins.
