An 18k yellow and rose gold convertible brooch/pendant suspended on a 10k yellow gold 23" open link chain containing one octagon step cut citrine measuring approximately 31mm x 25mm x 18mm and twenty-five 3-3.5mm round cabochon rubies set in four prong heads. 3" x 2.5".
