- Lot Description
Chinese Export, 19th-20th century. An assembled group of nineteen blue and white Nanking tablewares, including plates, trays, and candle sticks, PLUS an Andrea by Sadek tray and a pair of candlesticks with English-style mark; largest candlestick ht. 10 in., largest serving tray lg. 16, wd. 12.75 in.
Condition
One plate has broken edges. One of the taller candlesticks has a firing crack to the base. The small vase with a flared neck also has a firing crack along its shoulder. The rectangular lidded dish has a chip to the rim and glaze loss to the finial. The pierced plate has light hairlines. There are multiple small chips in the rims of both bowls and one appears sprayed on the underside. One rectangular dish has small hairlines to one corner.
