- Lot Description
.35 caliber, 1.125" barrels, bright finish, finely checkered walnut grips. Flint boxlock actions, with sliding half-cock safeties, and flat, reinforced cocks. Frames lightly engraved with boarder decorations and grips relief carved with shell motif patterns at frame juncture. Petite muff pistols, measuring only 5" in overall length are contained in a form fitting, French-style walnut casing with dark brown velvet lining and pillow on the interior. Case has brass reinforcements at the corners and edges. Includes the key for the case lock. The case measures 7.125" long by 5.375" wide.
Fine overall. Pistols with a smooth pewter patina that is lightly oxidized, with flecks of discoloration. Both pistols mechanically functional with very good bores. Casing very good with minor scuffs and surface mars.Condition
