German, ca 1888-1901. A porcelain lamp in six parts, the whole decorated with molded flowers, having a reticulated base decorated with masks and winged figures, on four scrolling legs, marked on underside of base; approximate ht. 52 in. (excluding shade).
Provenance: Property of a Southern Institution
Condition
Repairs and minor losses throughout, with one significant repair just above table. Popping and losses to table, with one cracked panel. Expected wear between sections. 'Globe' upper section repaired and repainted.
