New York: copyrighted by Cody & Salsbury, printed by Fless & Ridge, 1894. 8vo, 64pp, with chromolithographed paper wraps featuring Cody and a sampling of riders on the front cover and a view of the performance grounds at Ambrose Park, South Brooklyn, on the back cover.
Condition
Toning to front and back covers. Some interior pages with light vertical fold. Otherwise very good condition.
Some loose and missing veneer.
