- Lot Description
.303, 19" barrel, S/N CC3486. Black painted finish, walnut stock. Matching serial number on rear of bolt handle. Magazine had been renumbered and is mismatched. Left side of receiver marked No. 5 Mk I in electric pencil, stock joint dated 1945. British military proof marks on top of barrel, forward of hand guard and weak inspection marks are present on the bottom of the wrist. No import marks are visible. Retains original rear sight, sling swivels, rubber buttplate and includes a web sling.
**Requires C&R or FFLVery good. Most of the metal is covered with a black paint like finish, showing wear and loss at the high edges and contact points. Mechanically functional, good bore that is dark and needs cleaning. Stock solid with wear and scattered bumps and dings.Condition
