- Lot Description
Boudoir card of three Yuma Indians, each armed with Springfield trapdoor rifles, with the Indian seated at left also displaying a small revolver, posed together with a white man, also holding a Springfield trapdoor rifle, believed to be an Indian Agent. It has been suggested that this is John P. Clum, Indian Agent and the first Mayor of Tombstone, although this identification cannot be confirmed. No studio imprint. Last quarter 19th century.
Image has lightened. With wear to corners and edges of mount, some soiling/spotting on print and mount.Condition
