- Lot Description
American, mid-19th century. A paneled pitcher and wash basin in fine flint enamel glaze, both stamped for Lyman, Fenton and Co.; pitcher ht. 12.5 in.; basin dia. 13.75 in.
A similar set is pictured in Barret's Bennington Pottery and Porcelain, color plate B.
Provenance: Property fom the Collections of Susan P. and Thomas J. Hagan, Covington, OHCondition
Pitcher has several hairlines on underside and a small crack in side of foot. Bowl has crack in one side, running from rim to foot.
