American, late 19th-early 20th century. A pair of colorless glass show globes of egg form, unused, each in a silvered metal frame and mounts. Globes are housed in early wooden Sharp & Dohme shipping crates. Lot includes wall brackets and hanging hardware; globe ht. 21.5 in.; crate ht. 22.5, wd. 13.75, dp. 14.25 in.

One globe has a crack, about three inches. One globe is missing its cork. Both with small areas of plate loss, especially to upper section of the mounts. Rusting and light corrosion to the frames of globes and brackets.
