Duyckinck. New York: Johnson, Fry & Company, 1861, 2 vols. 4to, embossed leather, gilt front, spine and back, a.e.g., five spine bands, 488pp, 502pp.
Classic 19th century portraits from an age where important national figures did not show up daily on television or social media. This was the social media of the day.
Slight shelf wear, esp. corners. Some flaking of gilt on page edges. Scattered foxing to the engraved portraits but generally fresh and Very Good.Condition
