First Edition. 9 by 5 1/2 inches in a 1/2 brown morocco fine binding by Cox of Chicago with gilt titling and decorations to the spine. 76 (1) pp. A famous, scathing attack on the Father of our Country by the Revolutionary spokesman which seriously damaged Paine's reputation in the eyes of many of his countrymen.
