Glacial Kame Culture / Late Archaic Period, 4000-1500 B.C.

4 in.Formed of dark green, banded slate; with a classic form of a small head, nearly vertical tail, and a thick body. This style of the chunky-type birdstone have been found in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
