DESCRIPTION: Anton Lock (British, 1893-1970). Oil on board. Scene of man and horse in a darkened stable, some evidence of exterior light, the man leans on the trough. Signed in pencil verso. In a gold painted wood frame with cream fabric liner. MEASUREMENTS: 12" x 19-1/2". Overall with frame 18-3/4" x 26-1/4". CONDITION: Light wear to painting. Fading to paint, chips, scratches, losses to frame.
