Measure 20 3/4"in H x 29"in W and 29 1/4"in H x 37 1/4"in W with frame
Known for: Marine and landscape painting, illustration, miniatures
Biography: From a summer studio on Monhegan Island, Maine, and a winter studio in Exeter, New Hampshire, Donald Stone paints landscapes and water scenes in a highly Impressionist style. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and has taught in Boston at the Vesper George School of Art and the New England School of Art.
