watercolor, 6 3/4 by 9 5/8 in.
inscribed and dated "To Martha 1966 Pleissner" lower left inscribed on artist label on back "Merry Christmas to Martha from Ogden. This watercolor is the original study for the large painting 'Upper Malbaie, Grande River,' from which a color reproduction was made by Frost & Reed, of Bristol, England - OMP"
