Jack Dowd creates life-size sculptures of American types. He studied at Adelphi College in Garden City, NY, and works from studios in Sarasota, FL, and Vermont. His works have been on display in the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and he won Best in Show at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival in 1989.
