Harry A. Driscole was a renowned “piscatorial” artist who lived in Peekskill, New York. He specialized in painting game fish. A 1910 biography on the artist in “Field and Stream” notes, “He paints nothing else but fish and loves to pose them in the act of being captured in their native haunts."
