Edwin Penny is a British artist who attended Bath College of Art and the Royal West of England Academy. He served as an army illustrator in Hong Kong, where he explored Eastern composition and blended a Chinese influence into his own art. Penny is influenced by John James Audubon (1785-1851) and Archibald Thorburn (1860-1935), and his work can be found in many international collections and at Frost & Reed in London.
