Joseph W. Lincoln (1859-1938)
Accord, MA, c. 1890
10 1/2 in. long
An extremely rare dowitcher by this famous Massachusetts maker featuring nice clean lines with spokeshave carving. The back displays well-executed, stippled-paint feathering.
In excellent original paint with light gunning wear and minor touch-up around base of reset bill.
