Cobb-Style Hissing Canada Goose
Mark S. McNair (b. 1950)

This decoy is modeled after Cobb Island's master carver Nathan Cobb. The underside of the hollow body bears an incised “McNair” signature.
Original paint with intentional maker's wear and craquelure mostly to the left side. Three dings to lower right side, and reset neck crack.
