Canvasback Hen
Ferdinand L. Homme (1901-1963)
Stoughton, WI, c. 1940
A fine hollow Homme decoy with a turned high head on a raised neck seat. The carving features extensive detail on the bill, wings, and tail. "MIKE" is painted on the underside.
Original paint with gunning wear.
