Canada Goose
Mason Decoy Factory (1896-1924)
Detroit, MI, c. 1910
24 in. long

A rare, premier-grade factory goose decoy. These geese were discontinued in 1913 because the large wood needed to make them was too difficult to source.

The underside has a Hillman Collection stamp and three holes for use as a field stick-up decoy. Mix of original and restored paint with gunning wear.
