A swimming, hollow Jersey Coast decoy by Ben Maxwell, who was formerly known as "Roy," with a "H. W. Cain" rig brand on the underside. Harold Cain was from Atlantic City, worked for the Atlantic City Beach Patrol, and gunned with Win Conover.
