• Lot Description
  Silver marcasite decorative jewelry. Including 3 necklaces, 3 pr. of earrings, 2 pins and a ring. 3 pendant necklaces, the first is a rectangular pendant with intricate cutwork decorated with marcasite and milgrain decoration with a single blue faceted stone. presented on a 15 1/2" fine link chain. Finished with spring ring closure. Marked "925". Approx. 3.9 grams. The second piece has a curved "s" pendant with marcasite and milgrain design, and an attached pear shaped mounting set with a blue faceted stone. Measures 1" in length, 1/4" wide, 1/4" depth. Presented on a 15" silver box link chain. Marked "EAS 925 Italy. Approx. 4.2 grams. And an abstract leaf pendant decorated with marcasite and milgrain, set with an emerald cut, faceted blue stone. Measures 1 1/4" in length, 1/2" wide, 1/4 depth. Marked "925 CR". Presented on a 17" fine link chain, finished with a ring and lobster claw clasp. Marked "925 Italy CW". Approx. 5.8 grams. The matching earrings are set on wire with silver abstract leaves and emerald cut blue stones. Measure 3/4" in length, 3/8" wide, 1/4" depth. Marked "925 CW". The second pair of earrings are fashioned with a silver pointed mounting set with a single 11.8mm silver pearl. The mounting is decorated with marcasite and milgrain and finished with a hinged bar and 2 prong clasp. Measure 7/8" in length, 1/2" wide. Marked "925". Approx. 6.1 grams. A pair of cutwork chandelier earrings with intricate cutwork, marcasite and decorative milgrain design. The earrings are set on posts and measure 1 1/2" in length 1/2" wide. Marked "925 CW". Approx. 4.6 grams. 2 silver pins, a figural greyhound pin decorated in marcasite stones and finished with a pin back. Measures 1 5/16 in length, 1 1/2" wide. Marked "sterling". Approx.6.6 grams. A floral cutwork brooch adorned with marcasite, milgrain decoration and 3 bezel set blue faceted stones. Finished with a hinged pin back. Marked "925". Approx. 8.6 grams. And a silver ring with split face and shoulders adorned with faceted marcasite and milgrain decoration. Measures 7 mm in width. Size 7 1/2. Marked "825". Approx. 3.4 grams.
