- Lot Description
18K yellow gold diamond and ruby waterfall ring. The ring mounting is fashioned of elongated stem mountings set with marquise cut rubies (approx. 3.9 cttw.) and round faceted diamonds. The ring measures 45 mm in width. Size 7 1/2. Marked "18K". Approx. 16 grams. Note: a number of the rubies have chips to the stone.
