Rare Van Cleef & Arpels "Bouton d’Or wristwatch crafted in 18k gold, featuring a diamond-set round numberless dial with three rows of gold boutons. The 144 round diamonds total approximately 2.75 carats, graded G-H in color and VS in clarity. The case is signed Van Cleef & Arpels, Swiss Made, with maker’s mark and French assay mark. Complete with a safety clasp and signed VCA.
The Bouton d'or® collection showcases the curves of the "Paillette" jewelry design created by Van Cleef & Arpels in the late 1930s.
