Diamond Ring. 14kt white gold ring set with a fancy cut/triangular Tanzanite weighing approx. 2.87cts with a surround of pave diamond accents. Accompanied by a May 1st, 2019 GIA Identification Report no. 2205225764 stating this is one, "Pear, Brilliant Cut, Modified Brilliant Cut, Transparent, Violet, Zoisite, Tanzanite, One loose stone, 2.87 carats, 9.22 x 9.08 x 5.21mm". Interior of shank stamped, "14k". Ring size - 6 3/4. Accompanied by a Gemological Appraisal Services Aug. 6th, 2015 appraisal no. 000015218005 stating this is, "One prong set triangle shape cut-corner mixed cut natural tanzanite measuring 9.20 x 9.00 x 5.20mm, approx. weight of 2.90ct, clarity is eye clean, type I, medium dark, very slightly grayish, bluish violet, (GIA bV 6/3), cut is very good. Transmitting light with a minimum of distortion, transparent. Colored gemstones are presumed to have been subjected to commonly used enhancement processes. Graded in the setting. Forty-one split prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 1.45 - 1.35 x 0.91mm (depth est.) approx. total weight of 41 stones = 0.47ct. Graded in setting. Clarity SI1 to I1, Color G-I, Cut Good; Twenty split prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 1.30 - 1.20 x 0.81mm (depth est) approx. total weight of 20 stones = 0.71ct. Graded in setting. Clarity SI2 to I1, Color H-I, Cut Good. Total weight of colored stones 2.90ct, total weight of diamonds 0.64 cts, total weight of ring 6.40gm, total estimated retail value $9375.00". From an Ogden, UT estate.Light surface scratches, and minor dings/dents.
