Rules of Usage: Each Certificate provides accommodations for up to two or three rooms (as specified on the Certificate) and is subject to a required nightly all-inclusive supplement of $135 - $255 per person, based on double occupancy, depending on the resort selected and travel dates. The Certificate All-Inclusive supplement covers dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), unlimited beverages by the glass (including alcohol), and resort activities including non-motorized watersports. Government taxes/service charges are additional. The required supplement and taxes/service charges are collected by our office at the time of booking.
Note: Posting our Certificates online for “resale” purposes shall immediately invalidate these Certificates. Certificates can be transferred from the prize winner to a family member or friend however, they may not be advertised or “re-sold” online at eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or other similar sites.
Reservations: To redeem their Certificate and book their vacation, winners may call us 7 days a week at (866) 611-5081. Accommodations are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early for peak travel periods. Additional surcharge may apply seasonally and during Christmas week and February. All travel must be booked by the “Expiration Date” on each Certificate and certificates are subject to prevailing rates at time of booking.
Air Transportation is not included. We can assist the winners with air travel plans as we have access to airline fares and availability.

Once CITYarts has received payment in full, the buyer shall contact CITYarts to arrange shipping or pick-up. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers in the New York area can make arrangements to have works retrieved from the CITYarts offices or delivered when possible. Please contact gala@cityarts.org for all shipping arrangements. By placing your bids, you accept and acknowledge that we cannot compensate or refund, under any circumstances, for any damage occurring to frames during transit. CITYarts, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and all purchases/donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
