An antique painting of the German Christmas market in Frankfurt's historic Romerberg square, with the silhouette of the Fountain of Justice standing above the shimmering market tents, all below a deep navy night sky with a crescent moon. Signed and dated to the bottom right corner, titled on an old remnant of paper included in a pocket to the reverse. The frame measures 12 1/2" x 10 1/2".
