Shipping
Payment must be received in full amount before items will be released for shipping or picking up either by you, your designated shipping agent, or an independent shipper. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging the packaging, shipping, and all associated costs for all the winning lots. A shipping release form must be filled in and assigned by the winner before picking up either by email or fax. Keep in mind, property may not be released without receipt of purchase payment. In addition, once you have finalized shipping arrangements you must notify our shipping department to confirm your intentions. No property will be released without your confirmation with our office. We will provide a list of recommended shipping carriers near our auction house. If the bidder uses these carriers, China Luban Antique cannot assume responsibility for any act or omission from the authorized shippers or transport agents by the bidder. For all our auctions, if items are not picked up after 20 days, then a $5 storage fee per lot, per business day will be charged. If the paid items are not picked up/shipped within 30 days after the sale, Luban has the right to resell as abandoned property.
