From the American Horology Archive, through Pocketwatch Database dot com using the Movement Serial Number 2217411, the estimated production date is 1870. The watch case is marked, "Gruen Veri-Thin Cased and Timed in USA by Gruen Watch Co. Wadsworth 10K Gold Filled G127369"
The movement interior is marked Conoruma Switzerland Precision Veri-Thin 17 Jewels. The glass is not secure. It pops out of the face frame. See photos for condition. Unknown working order. The watch fob is marked 1/20 10K GF.
