- Lot Description
Elgin National Watch Co Pocket Watch "Coin Silver". Marked, "Warranted Trade Mark No1 Coin Silver 7888", intact crystal It's also been hand etched with more numbers under the case lid. Case number 7888, interior markings include, "Elgin, Ill. 844583”. The serial number dates the watch to have been made 1880-1881. Case shows signs of use and wear. The domed display case is included.
Notice: These items are located in a basement with no walk-out access. There is a finished wide stairway with a landing and turn midway. Please bring boxes or containers to carry your items up the stairs, and bring help if needed.
