- Lot Description
Zsolnay ceramic oval centerpiece bowl decorated with large Near Eastern floral designs, incised marks on base for ZSOLNAY PCS 1063. Mounted on gilt metal base of elaborate scroll design, satyr masks and cupid figure on plinth base. 17 1/2" H x 13 1/2" W x 7 1/2" D. Late 19th/early 20th century. Condition
Overall light craquelure to ceramic bowl. 2 3/8" L hairline down rim. Scattered loss to gilt decoration on base. Center cupid figure slightly different gilt tone than other areas on mount.
