- Lot Description
Flintlock pistol tinder lighter and cannon flintlock mechanism (2 items). Flintlock tinder pistol lighter, engraved brass body and stand, brass receptacle for small candle or rush, engraved steel trigger guard, and wooden handle. Marked "Robbins". 7" L x 4 7/8" H. English, Late18th/Early19th Century. 2nd item - Large brass and steel cannon flintlock igniter. 5 1/2" L. English or Continental, 19th century.
Condition
1st item - old edge break to wooden grip near trigger guard. Not tested for functionality. 2nd item - overall very good condition.
