- Lot Description
Antique Turkman Yomud or Yomut main carpet, wool on wool. Central rust field with three rows of eleven guls alternating with two rows of stylized flowers, within three primary borders. Woven in rust, blue, salmon, and cream colors. 7ft 1 in x 3 ft 4in. Circa 1880's.
Condition
Slightly uneven pile wear, heavier wear to the center. One end with old repair approximately 1/2 inch. Losses to fringe on both ends.
