Three (3) Maps, 1 of Tennessee, 2 of Kentucky and Tennessee. 1st item: "A New Map of Tennessee" by Samuel Augustus Mitchell from his "A New Universal Atlas" 1846. Colored map featuring Tennessee divided by county, with cities, towns, rivers, mountain ranges, and train tracks. Includes inset maps of the "Environs of Nashville", top left, and the "Environs of Knoxville", top right. Uncolored areas of surrounding states included. Image - 11 1/4" H x 15 3/8" L. Sheet - 13 5/8" H x 17 1/4" L. 2nd item: "County Map of Kentucky and Tennessee" by Samuel Augustus Mitchell, Jr. from "Mitchellís New General Atlas" 1867. Colored map featuring Kentucky and Tennessee divided by county, with cities, towns, rivers, mountain ranges, and train tracks. Uncolored areas of surrounding states included. Condition

1st item: Toning around edges. Tears, missing sections of paper around edges. Smudges, 3/8" middle left and 1" bottom right, en verso. 2nd item: Slight toning around edges, tears, missing sections of paper around bottom edge of paper. Scattered toning spots, largest 1/4" middle, and 1/4" blue stain, en verso. 3rd item: Slight toning around edges.
