- Lot Description
1st item: Richard Clarke (Tennessee, 1923-1977) watercolor landscape of various foliage underneath a dark and cloudy sky, housed in a carved wooden frame and matted under glass. Signed "Clarke 65" in bottom right quadrant. Sight - 7 3/8" H x 10 5/8" W, Framed - 16" H x 18 5/8". Circa 1965. 2nd item: Xavier Ironside (Tennessee, 1936- ) watercolor depicting three white farm buildings against a dark background, housed in a wooden frame and matted under glass. Signed "Xavier Ironside 66" in bottom right quadrant. Sight - 11 3/4" H x 13 7/8" W, Framed - 19 5/8" H x 21 1/8" W. Circa 1966.
