- Lot Description
Two (2) Antique Saryk Turkmen Torbas, wool on wool, including one with central diamond design and the other with 4 guls to the center. Both woven in red, blue, and cream colors. 5ft 2in x 1ft 3in and 3ft 10in x 1ft 4in. 1st rug Circa 1870's and 2nd rug Circa 1880's.
Condition
1st rug: Right margin with wear and center with scattered losses to the pile. 2nd rug: One margin with wear and losses to the fringe on one long end. The other long end with reinforced fringe.
