Artist: Leonard Creo Title: Size: 57" x 78" Medium: oil on canvas Date: Len Creo was born in New York, New York in 1923. After serving in the U. S. Army during World War II, Creo returned to New York to study at The Art Student's League. He then studied for three years in Mexico with Gutierez and Sequierros and then in Italy for a year with Pietro Annigonni. . Creo's work is in the following Museum Collections: Amherst College Museum, Amherst Georgia Museum of Fine Arts Long Beach Museum of Fine Arts Norfolk Art Museum Syracuse University Museum Ulrich Museum University of Maine University of New York Collection University of Wyoming Museum Washington Museum Of Fine Arts NOTE: This is the largest painting by Creo ever offered at auction.
