  Created by artist Shu-Chen Cheng, this vase features the horsehair raku technique, creating expressive, black linework in contrast to the white ceramic. 

  This is a raku vessel, and thus is not food safe.

  Dimensions: 26 x 19 x 19 cm. Circumference at widest point: 57 cm.

  About Shu-Chen Cheng:

  Shu-Chen is a full time ceramic artist. Originally from Taiwan; primarily self-taught, she lives and works from her home and studio in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Her award winning Raku vessels are sought after by collectors in Canada and abroad.
