  An enamel wall hanging, centered in a black frame. The enamel surface features designs of blue, white and black flowers.

  About Fay Rooke:

  The work of Fay Rooke is known internationally through her participation in major enamel exhibitions in Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Venezuela and Japan. Fay Rooke was born in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. Freelance illustration, fine needlework sculpture and a fascination with the complexities of colour led her to focus on the art of enamel in 1968. Through studies with specialized international enamellists, she continues to upgrade her skills, specializing in cloisonné, champleve, grisaille and plique-a-jour enamel.
