Our Spring Asian Art Auction contains Qing dynasty porcelains pulled from private homes including an early 20th century collection from Pittsburgh, PA. A pair of Famille Noire monumental temple jars and a pair of bamboo form Famille Rose floor vases are finely executed examples with Kangxi Emperor reign marks. late 19th/early 20th century, comprising: large scroll depicting two court ladies in a garden scene, inscription and seal upper left, ink and color on silk within brocade border, image 33-1/2 x 15 in., overall 70 x 24 in.; scroll depicting large bird on branch, inscription and seal lower left, embroidered silk within brocade border, image 21-1/2 x 11 in., overall 40-1/2 x 14 in.; Japanese scroll depicting small bird and blossom, inscription and seal lower right, ink and color on silk within brocade border, image 16-1/4 x 10-1/4 in., overall 37 x 13 in.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
