centering oval and faceted blue topaz, estimated weight 21.14 cts., accented with 18 round brilliant diamonds, estimated combined weight 0.50 cts., color G-I, clarity VS/SI-2, 18 kt. yellow gold mount, 5 mm. to 12.3 mm. size 7-1/2, 17.3 grams gross weight, with appraisal, light scratches to mount.
