Vessels Chinese, Ming Dynasty and later: a Ming flanged double-gourd vase, lower bulb of campana shape, upper bulb shouldered below a short neck, each section encircled by four vertical notched figures, rich purple aubergine eggplant glaze pooling at unglazed base, 6-1/4 in., [hairline crack to foot rim, flanges with two repairs;] bombé-form censer with compressed bulbous body atop a splayed foot, lion-head handles, deep aubergine toned glaze, 2-1/4 in., [rim chips, glaze scratches, shows evidence of radical chatter marks from the potter's wheel, retains retains Guest & Grey sticker]; gallbladder-shaped bottle vase, 6-1/4 in., [good condition] .
