one centrally set oval old European cut diamond, approx. 2.88ct., located directly above one modified lozenge step cut diamond flanked by two triangle cut diamonds, one round old European cut diamond surmounting the artistically arrayed curves of 142 mixed round brilliant, old European, and single cut diamonds, accented by 14 triangle cut diamonds, cascading seven mixed cut diamonds, lozenge step, straight baguette, round brilliant, old European, and single cut diamonds, three pear cut diamond drops ending three rows, each pear shape diamond is approx. 3.51ct., 2.38ct., and 2.74ct., total approx. over 18.00ctw., unmarked, tested platinum, straight bar pin, option to wear as pendant, width at widest 1-3/4 in., length from longest drop 4-3/8 in., currently on rope chain, stamped "14k", white gold, 15 in. length, 39.8 g
Note: More than fifty years ago, our great-aunt commissioned a custom platinum and diamond brooch during her winter visit to Sarasota. As the daughter of a telephone industry pioneer and a friend of Alexander Graham Bell, she embodied grace and intelligence. The brooch symbolized the strength and love that shaped her life. After the family sold the business, it became a cherished heirloom passed down through generations.

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
